Step 1 – Obtain your visa invitation

Step 2 – Get the visa issued by Russian consulate
Step 3 – Register your visa upon arrival to Russia

Documents to be submitted:

In all cases, you have to present the following documents to the Consulate (or Visa Application Centre):

– Visa Invitation (appropriate to the chosen visa type) – original or copy (please contact the Consulate to find out)
– Consular Questionnaire (filled in and signed by you)
– Photo (1 or 2 passport size photos)
– Passport ( valid 6 month after expiry dates of visit)
